A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Travis has what it takes to overcome the challenges facing us.

After growing up in suburban Washington State, Travis enlisted in the Marine Corps at eighteen and headed to Iraq a short time later.

Travis served four and a half years with the Marine Corps before separating. Upon returning home to Washington, he completed two years of study at Everett Community College in Everett, Washington before continuing his education at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2017, Travis started his career at a small family litigation firm in Birmingham, AL.
 
In Birmingham, Travis helped clients navigate divorce and family law proceedings in Jefferson, Blount, and, St. Claire counties.

When to opportunity arose to come back home, Travis joined the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s office prosecuting felony cases. This experience gave him the skills and knowledge to successfully present facts and law persuasively.

Travis, his wife, and their three children have made their home in Northport for the past six years. His wife is a teacher in Northport. Travis’s children were born in Tuscaloosa and his family is active at Northport Baptist Church.
